Keli Redinger is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in leadership and strategic human resources management.
As the Vice President of Human Resources at Honey-Can-Do International, Keli provided strong leadership that contributed to the company's recognition on the Chicago Tribune's Best Places to Work list in 2021 and earned her a spot as one of Crain's Notable Leaders in HR. She oversaw the company's significant growth with the company more than doubling in size, while establishing HR best practices for compliance, scalability, and a positive work environment.
Prior to her role at Honey-Can-Do, Keli served as the Director of Human Resources at the Noble Network of Charter Schools in Chicago, IL. Keli successfully implemented comprehensive HR policies to enable growth from 135 employees to 1,300 employees.
Keli holds an MBA from Northwestern University and a BS from the John M. Olin School of Business at Washington University in St. Louis.
